What Will Happen if I cancel an order which is paid using the EMI option?
If an order paid using the EMI option is canceled, Tata CLiQ will refund the purchase amount immediately and the EMI will be canceled. The customer then needs to contact the bank to confirm how the EMI scheme on your credit card has been modified, or for any other queries.
What are the payment options available on TataCliq?
It can be paid using credit and debit cards, Net banking account or cash on delivery (if available in that area ). You may also use the EMI option for the payment.
What is the time period within which I can return a product?
Apparels and other non-electronic products can be returned in a time span of 30 days of receiving the product. Watches can be returned in 15 days. For appliances and electronics, you can return the product within 7 days of delivery only. Returns will be accepted only if the product received is not as described, defective, damaged or not working when reviewed.
Can I change my address for delivery once I have placed my order?
Yes, it can be changed. But, it has to be changed before the order is confirmed. Please note that it is only possible to change the address if the logistics partners can deliver to the revised address.
How will my refund be processed after I cancel an order?
It will take 3-4 business days for the refund to be processed and the amount to be transferred back to the source account. In the case of certain public sector banks, it can take up to 10-15 working days.
This is not what I ordered. How do I replace it?
If your order or a part of it does not match the product described, it will be taken care of immediately. Initiate a return request through My Orders in the My Account section.
