What payment options are available? How can I pay?
All major credit/debit/UPI channels are accepted by Supertails for payments. For all cart values up to Rs 4,999, there is now a Cash on Delivery (COD) option available. There is a charge of Rs 19 for cart values below Rs 699. There are no COD fees for purchases over Rs. 699.
Where is my order/How can I track my order?
If you are logged in, go to My account > Order history to see the status of your order. You can check the status of your order if you checked out as a guest by visiting the tracking link that will be sent to you via email and WhatsApp. Please wait 12 hours before checking once more if you have placed an order and have not yet received a tracking link. Rarely, it could take up to 12 hours for courier partners to activate the track connection.
