RETURN POLICY
Kindlife takes care to ensure that there are no issues with packaging and what you see is what you get but due to unforeseen circumstances, your products might get damaged in transit. In such situations, they will cancel your order and replace it.
Incorrect items received : Kindlife is very particular about their fulfillment process and ensure that the right order reaches the right person at the scheduled time. However in case you receive items that are different from the ones you ordered, they will have the incorrect items picked up from your house. They will also be shipping the right items to you at our earliest. Any other reasons for cancellations or returns would be handled on a case to case basis.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to the customer support team on support@kindlife.in. In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 48 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by Kindlife.
For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 48 business hours of receiving the products back. It may take 2-7 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
For cash on delivery transactions, Kindlife will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 48 business hours of receiving the products back and your bank details on email. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
RETURN POLICY
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse.
- Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged.
