General Return Process
1. Initiate a return: Please email at hcalory@hcalory.com with photos and/or videos of the items with order number. The customer service staff will determine the eligibility for a return request within 2 business days.
2. Ship the item back: If the return is accepted, they’ll send you the return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. (Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.) They recommend that you send your return/exchange in a shipping method providing tracking information as well as a signature, because they will not be responsible for lost return/exchange.
3. Refund or exchange: when they receive your return/exchange, they will inspect the item in 3-5 working days and then provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.

3. I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
They try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.
