- The DailyObjects.com website now offers international shipping to India (Domestic).
- When you spend more than Rs. 749 in a single purchase and choose to pay for delivery in advance, shipment is on the house.
- Prepaid orders under Rs 749 are subject to a flat Rs 49 processing fee.
- There is a Rs. 99 surcharge and nontransferable cost for all Cash on Delivery orders.
- Estimated shipping times are provided for each product on their respective detail pages, accessible via the Shipping and Returns menu.
ORDER CANCELLATION
- If your order or the item(s) you wish to cancel have not yet been shipped, please contact our customer service team at support@dailyobjects.com or call us at +91 8010 667 667 between 9AM and 6PM.
- If you cancel before shipment, your refund will be processed within 3-4 business days of receiving your cancellation request.
- For credit/debit card or net banking transactions, the refund will be processed within 48-72 hours to the same account from which the payment was made.
- However, it may take up to 4-5 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your account.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
- Using DailyObjects’ “Easy return policy,” you can request a refund or exchange for a product within 30 days of receiving it.
- If you’d like to return only some of the items you ordered, that’s fine, too.
- In four to five days’ time, we’ll be picking up the goods.
